| 340B Price Restoration | Claims Activity

Claims Activity, under the 340B Price Restoration tab, can be used to view data that has been submitted to 340B ESP by Macro Helix. This page is viewable only. 

Users have several filters available to assist in refining the data set that is displayed. Searches are limited to displaying 2,000 records maximum.

• Date Type (This field will decide which date is used to search data)
  • Transmission Date
    • The date Macro Helix submitted the file to 340B ESP
  • Service Date
    • The date of service of the specified claim
  • Prescribed Date
    • The date the Rx was prescribed
• Hospital
• Pharmacy
• Manufacturer
• Start/End Date
  • Selectable date range that applies to the search results
  • 30 days is the default search window
• Validation Errors Only
  • When this toggle is selected, only claims that were excluded from being submitted to 340B ESP, due to validation errors. 
  • Turning this off, will present all available data within the filter parameters.
  • This is enabled by default.

A search bar is available to find specific data within the search results, once populated.

Once filters have been selected, users will click the blue Generate Data button to obtain their desired results. (After the data has been generated, the filter section will collapse. This section can be expanded again by clicking on Show Filters at the top of the page, above the search bar.

Below the search bar, data will be displayed with the following information. All fields are sortable.

• Status
  • Status of the claim (340B, GPO, WAC/RTL)
• Transmission Date
  • Date the claim information was sent to 340B ESP by Macro Helix
• HID
• Service Provider ID
  • Defaults to the NPI
  • If no NPI is available, the NCPDP will be displayed instead
• PID
• Pharmacy Name
• RID (Record ID)
  • This is the claim's ScriptID
• NDC
• Qty
• Rx Number
• Service Date
  • The date of service of the specified claim
• Prescribed Date
  • The date the Rx was prescribed
• File Name
  • The name of the file sent to 340B ESP with this specific claim
• Notes
  • Information for why the claim errored out will be displayed here.
