Accumulations can be shared amongst NDCs that are injectable only, a 9-digit NDC match in the Secondary view on the Special Drug Setup page. In order to accumulate on the appropriate NDC in the Secondary Group, you must designate the primary NDC.
1 From the Maintenance menu, select Special Drug Setup.
The Special Drug Setup page opens.
2 In the FILTER OPTIONS panel, click the Drug Type menu and select Secondary.
The Secondary view opens.
3 Right-click an NDC you want to designate as the primary NDC.
Only one NDC can be selected per Group ID.
4 Select Set as Primary.
The NDC is flagged with a yellow star icon.
