What's Changed?
We've updated (Report ID) RID 335 - Utilization Manager Archive so that data from the Charge ID column (initially appearing in the 20.7.0 release) now populates the ID column in RID 335 and all other 340B Architect reports displaying the ID column.
How Do I Use It?
Log onto 340B Architect:
Go to the Reporting tab within the 340B Architect menu on the left side of the screen and click on the down arrow:
The Reporting menu opens. Select Standard Reports. This will open the Standard Reports page:
In the "Select Report" field, click on the magnifying glass icon:
The following window appears:
Click on the All Reports tab and select "Purchase Reports" from the Report Selection drop down menu:
The following view will appear:
Type "335" within the search field to the right of the Collapse All button and click on the magnifying glass icon. The following view will appear:
Click on the arrow to the left of "Hospital Utilization Elements" to see the following:
Click on the box to the left of "(335) Utilization Manager Hospital - Archive" report, then click the View the Selected Report button at the top right of the SELECT REPORT window:
The SELECT REPORT window will close. Modify the dates within the "START DATE" and "END DATE" fields, then click on the Generate button:
The following report appears, with the Change ID column visible to the right of the PID column:
