What's Changed?
The Charge ID column for hospitals has been added to the hospital Consolidated Utilization Manager report.
How Can I View It?
Log onto 340B Architect:
Go to the Reporting tab within the 340B Architect menu on the left side of the screen and click on the down arrow. The Reporting menu will open. Select Standard Reports. This will open the Standard Reports page:
In the "Select Report" field, click on the magnifying glass icon so that the following will appear:
Click on the All Reports tab. Enter "Utilization Manager" in the search field and click on the magnifying glass icon. The following results will appear in the Select Report window:
Under HOSPITAL REPORTS, click on the down arrow to the left of "Hospital Utilization Elements:"
For this example, we'll click on the first entry in the Favorites column, to the left of "(335) Utilization Manager Hospital - Archived" then click on the View Selected Report at the top right of the window:
The SELECT REPORT window will close. Modify the dates within the "START DATE" and "END DATE" fields, then click on the Generate button:
The "Utilization Manager Hospital - Archive" report is generated, and, using the bottom scroll bar to move the report field columns to the right, you will be able to see the Charge ID column:
