Queue Reports

Queue Report

The Queue Report functionality gives you the option to request a report for a later time to download, in the format of EXCEL or CSV

When you want a report for a date range greater than 365 days, or the report will contain a large record count, select the Queue Report option. When the queued report is available, it is located in Queued Reports.  From Queued Reports you have the option to download the report as a summary and/or details.  Reports will be available in Queued Reports for 30 days, and then deleted.

Queue Only Reports

Some reports are available for Queue Only.  Within Report Selection there is a column Queued Only. You will see  in the Queued Only column next to the corresponding report.

If you select a Queued Only report, a STANDARD REPORTS WARNING message displays. This message prompts you to either use the option Report Scheduler or Queue Report

To queue the report, click Ok. From FILTER OPTIONS, click Queue Report, and a STANDARD REPORTS SUCCESS message displays, or use Report Scheduler to schedule the report.

Queued Reporting Notification

If you choose to queue a report, you will receive two types of notifications:

Notification Email – 340B Architect will send you an email when the queued report is available.

Available Reports (#) – The report count (see below image) displays next to the Available Reports button.

Queued Report

To view your Queued Report click Available Reports and your Queued Reports will display.

Search Text

The SEARCH field has moved from the main panel of the REPORTING/Standard Reports page to the left panel within FILTER OPTIONS renamed SEARCH TEXT.  After you generate a report, you can type in the SEARCH TEXT field to narrow the results of the report, but best practice is to use the column filters.

Column Filters

You can further filter the searched data in one or more columns.

To add a filter, type the filter data in an appropriate filter text field, click the filter button, and then select a filter option to reload the page. You can continue to add filters until you are satisfied with the results.

To remove a filter, click the filter button, and select the No Filter option. This will remove the filter and reload the page.

You can clear all the filters by clicking Clear Column Filter Values from the main panel above the column headings.
