Schedule Standard Reports

You can schedule a standard report so that it automatically generates at a specified interval. This makes it easy for you to view necessary data without having to constantly log in to the system.

Add a New Scheduled Report

  Generate a report.

2   Expand the Report Scheduler menu on the main panel of the page.

3   Select Add New.

The Add New window opens. 

4   Enter a title in the Report Name field.

5   Select the report format in the Format drop-down menu

  •     Entire Report - PDF
  •     Summary - Excel
  •     Detail - Excel

6   Select the interval in the Frequency field:

  •     N/A
  •     Daily
  •     Weekly
  •     Bi-Monthly
  •     Monthly
  •     Quarterly
  •     Semi-Annually
  •     Yearly

7   Select the status from the Active field:

  •     YES (This report will be generated at specified intervals).
  •     NO (This report will be in a holding state and not generated at specified intervals).

8   Select the initial start date (date the scheduled report will be generated).

9   Select a termination date (last date the scheduled report will be generated).

10 Click Save Changes.

Deactivate a Scheduled Report

1   Expand the Report Scheduler menu on the main panel of the page.

2   Select View Scheduled.

The View Scheduled window opens. 

3   Select a report from the Scheduled Reports list.

4   Click Deactivate Selected.

            The report is disabled.
