GROUP BY
The GROUP BY option allows you to filter data by DAY, MONTH or YEAR. The system will return a maximum of 25,000 records at a time. When you select a GROUP BY option, and there are greater than 25,000 records available for a given DAY, MONTH, or YEAR, a WARNING message appears to alert you. In addition, in the LEFT and RIGHT SUMMARY panels the total count will display in red. When this happens, you will only be able to filter through the first available 25,000 records.
DATE RANGE – START DATE & END DATE
The START and END DATE create a date range. After clicking the Generate button, data will generate for a date range less than or equal to 365 days. If you choose a date range greater than 365 days, 340B Architect will display a Warning message. Correct the date range, and then click Generate.
