Export reports into Excel, PDF, or CSV files so that you can view and parse report data outside of the system. If you would like a visual representation of reporting data, you can convert select reports into a bar chart.
Data Export
Within the left panel FILTER OPTIONS, you can export data by clicking 
. In addition to exporting data options, you can export the FILTERED data set in the following formats: Excel 2003, Excel 2007, PDF, or CSV.
Generate a Chart
You can convert a report to a bar chart if you would like to see a visual representation of the data.
1 Generate the report.
2 Click the View Chart button on the main panel of the page.
NOTE: This option is only available for select reports.
