| Data Review | Qualification Filters

This option is only applicable if you are carving out Medicaid and the Medicaid Exclusion flag = Yes in 340B Architect.

1. Hover over the DATA REVIEW menu and click Qualification Filters.
2. Under FILTER OPTIONS in the left pane, click the  FILTER TYPE drop-down menu and select the filter type.
3. To exclude certain Medicaid Payor codes, in the Filters field select the Excluded By Payor option.
4. Enter the START DATE and END DATE and click Refresh Filters. The payor codes used by your pharmacy will display in the left pane. If both the left and right panes are empty, that would indicate that Macro Helix has not received data from your pharmacy. All codes listed in the right pane are currently being excluded from eligibility.
5. To add payor codes to exclude, click the box in the left column in front of the Payor codes you want to exclude.
6. Click ADD SELECTED FILTERS. The codes are moved to the right pane and saved. The codes you added to the right pane will be excluded from eligibility in 340B Architect.
