Retail Reversals

The Retail Reversal reports display retail prescription reversal data. The table below contains a brief description of each report available:

 

Name
 Description
Reversed Prescriptions
 Lists only retail prescriptions that were originally dispensed and then subsequently reversed based on date dispensed for the date range selected.
Reversed without Matching Fill
 Lists reversed retail prescriptions that don’t have a corresponding matching fill based on date dispensed for the date range selected.
