Displays hospital utilization and qualification testing for selected date range; Shows all hospital charges (matched and unmatched to the crosswalk) where the total amount is equal to $0.01. Useful for some hospitals to research data and charge issues. |

Displays hospital utilization with summed packages by account type for the selected dates. Summarized by CDM. |
