Bulk BIN Exclusions: Manual Uploads
When using the Exclude by BIN filter on the Qualifications Filter Page, you can now manually upload BIN exclusions by clicking the File Upload button in the Exclude by BIN Bulk Update window. To avoid downloading the manual upload template from a separate page, click Download Template, save as a .cvs file, then use the Browse File button to upload the file.
If the upload is successful, the entries from the template will appear within the window, allowing you to make additional edits if necessary. You are then able to select the PIDs you'd like the excluded BINs to be applied to. Once you've reviewed the BINs and PIDs in the final step, you'll need to click Apply Changes. No changes will be made until you click Apply Changes, which will save the updates to the current page and Transaction log.

What's Improved
Branch Codes Page
Backdating Updates
You can now add a branch code with an Effective Date in the past, which was previously not possible without contacting support for help. If a past Effective Date is selected, a confirmation message will appear asking you if you would like to move past data.
- If you select Yes: the branch code will be added and the data will move according to the effective date to the branched to PID.
- If you select No: the branch code will be added but the data will not be moved. You will need to contact Support to branch the data.
- If you click Cancel: the branch code will not be added and no data will be moved.
You can also use the new Move Past Date column in the Manual Upload template to indicate that you would not like to move historical branch code data with a particular effective date. For all file types, the default setting for this column is No.
- For ADT, Patient Encounter, and Drug Utilization files, you can change the setting to Yes to indicate that you would like to move past data.
- For Retail Dispense files, you cannot change the setting to Yes.
Branch Code Detail Page: Improved Filtering
You can now see the HID and PID numbers beside the names in the hospital and pharmacy dropdowns, avoiding the need to look up or memorize names of PIDs and HIDs. Both the number and name are searchable.
- Example: 1234 - MACROHELIX HOSPITAL
In addition, the Contains filter on the Branch Codes page has been removed to avoid any errors when branching to another PID/HID.
Retail Status Changes
Overrides: Chain/Independent Pharmacies
Within Utilization Manager or Manual Uploads, if you change the status of the same Rx with a different fill number and apply this to anything other than "this fill only" an error message will appear, giving you the option to override, without having to contact support.
- This only applies to Chain/Independent (non CE-owned) pharmacy claims that are NOT frozen.
- If you override, we will process this most recent status change request.

Retail Status Change Manual Upload Template: Audit Date
You can now mark a claim as audited in the retail status change template by editing the optional AuditDate column. It will default to the current date, or you can select a date in the past. The "Audited?" column has been removed.
