When making a Retail Status Change from the Manual Uploads page, you can now override all scripts at once by clicking the new Override All button.
What's Improved
Retail Status Change functionality on the Manual Uploads page has been refined to better apply status changes to multiple fills.
- If you make status changes for multiple fills within the same prescription number, and use Apply Change 1 or 2 ("this fill plus future fills" or "this fill plus past fills"), any other previous status changes will be overruled by the new request and the earliest fill number will be applied.
- If at a later time, you attempt to upload the same prescription number with anything other than 0 ("this fill only"), an error message will appear with the option to override. If you choose to override, it will invalidate the previous status change requests and update fills accordingly.
