Data Submission Enrollment: Billable PIDs
In the Data Submission Setup window, there is now an indicator for non-billable PIDs written in bold next to the pharmacy name.
Within this window, there is also a new option to filter by billable PIDs.
- By default, only billable PIDs will display in the list. You can un-check this box to view PIDs that are not billable.
- Non-billable PIDs will not display if the current date is past the terminated date.
Gateway PIDs will no longer display in the list, regardless of which filters are selected.

Bulk Update Qualification Rules
Hospital admin users can now add bulk updates to qualification rules and apply them to multiple PID/HIDs. Previously, updates could only be applied to one PID at a time.
Using the new Bulk Update Qualification Rules button within the Pharmacy Settings > Eligibility Filters page, you can select from a list of rules and then apply the rules to the desired PIDs.
- Rules are displayed in alphabetical order by category and are searchable by name or rule number.
-
When a rule is selected, you can enter an Effective Date, Termination Date, and Notes.
- The Termination Date field can be used to end the application of a rule already in use.
- For some rules (5, 14, 30, 29, 28, 36, 33, 43) you will also be required to enter a Value. If the value is days, three characters are allowed between 0-365. If the Value is dollar amounts, six characters are allowed with two decimal points between 0-100000.
- If you click Exit or Cancel, all selections will be cleared and not applied.
- The window will display all active HIDs and PIDs within the Corp ID that you have access to.
After selecting the desired rules and PIDs, a summary of changes will be provided.
-
A warning will appear if there is a conflict between two rules or if a PSA (Pharmacy Service Agreement) rule has been selected.
- To apply a PSA driven rule, you will need to contact support.
- To edit your selections, you have the option to go back and make edits or reset selections completely.
- Click Confirm & Update Qualification rules to finalize changes.
