Bulk BIN Exclusions
With the addition of a new Bulk BIN Exclusions button, you can now make bulk BIN exclusions from the Qualification Filters page and apply the exclusions to multiple HIDs/PIDs. This button appears when the Exclude by BIN Filter Type is selected, allowing you to you make bulk exclusions in two ways.
- Select the desired BINS, then click the Bulk BIN Exclusions button. A window will appear with the selected BINS, allowing you to select HIDs/PIDS to which the exclusions will be applied.
- Click the Bulk Exclusions button, then manually add BINs and exclusion details into the window. The required fields are:
- BIN: number must be 6 digits
- Exclusion Type: has three options: Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Custom Plan
- Effective Date

Health System Validation
From the Health Systems View page within the Admin Setup menu, Hospital Admin users can now validate that the active HIDs and PIDs included in a Corporate ID are accurate.
- At first login, a message will appear, asking you to validate your health system. You will have 90 days after the message appears to validate your system, which will remove the message.
- To validate, click Health System Validation, check the three boxes, and click Validate.
- This message will reappear quarterly to ensure health systems are up to date.
From this page, all users have the ability to click Export to view the health system information for all active hospitals and pharmacies under the Corporate ID.
- The exported data includes Hospital Name, 340B ID, Pharmacy Name, City, and State.

What's Improved
Branch Codes: Termination Date
On the Branch Codes Page, you can no longer edit a branch code to have a Termination Date in the past. In addition, the Edit icon (pencil) will no longer display for branch codes that have a Termination Date in the past.
